Imagine a child preparing for a day of school not having the basic supplies needed for class. For nearly 4.5 million children living in poverty in Haiti, this is too often the case. 

 

Flore Ministries partners with neighborhood schools just outside of Aux Cayes to provide children from materially poor families with the opportunity to attend school. Sponsorship not only impacts the life of a child today, but also has the power to catalyze lasting transformation for individuals, families, and communities in Haiti.

We’ve created this program to help collect backpacks and school supplies. So, I created the 500 Backpacks For Haiti. Our intention is to keep this project going year after year. We know we can do great things together and make a very big impact on many Haitian lives.

 

We want to help achieve his goal of purchasing 500 backpacks every year by September each year. I’m thinking we can accumulate at least 500.
